Park Hotel opened in 1934. The famous old Hotel was the highest building in the far east in the 1930s. In 2006, Park Hotel was listed as a key historical site and put under state protection. It has been named a “Time Honored China Brand” and a “Shanghai Famous Trademark”. Special techniques used in the production of Beijing styled snacks at the hotel have been named as a “non-material cultural heritage of Shanghai”. Located in the 0 km mark of Shanghai, Park Hotel is located at the heart of Shanghai’s city center, close to Nanjing Road and People’s Park.
During its recent refurbishment, Park Hotel established a mini-museum to showcase its history in the past 70 years. Today, Park Hotel has become an international brand with unique architecture, rich history and warm service.
